About
Workflow Management exists for people who have crossed a border and now need the German labor market explained in concrete, local terms.
New arrivals often receive long lists of portals and offices, yet little help deciding which step comes first for their residence stamp, occupation, and language level. We built a practice that begins with orientation — mapping what is possible now — before anyone spends weeks polishing applications that employers cannot yet consider.
Sessions stay conversational and document-aware. We ask about housing stability, childcare, pending appointments, and regulated titles. Advice is written down so you can share it with a partner or revisit it when an office letter arrives. We do not place candidates into jobs, and we do not file immigration applications; we prepare you to move through hiring and recognition steps with fewer false starts.
Consultations take place in Wallerfangen and by video for clients elsewhere in Germany. The address on this site is the office reference we publish for visits and correspondence.

Document and interview coaching. Focus on German application conventions and hiring conversations.
Recognition pathways. Helps clients sort when Anerkennung is required and which office owns the file.
