Refunds and cancellations
Rules for paid consultations, deposits, no-shows, and work already started.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for consultations listed on this site (orientation, document review, interview coaching, recognition guidance). We do not sell physical products or software subscriptions.
Timeframe
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the confirmed start time for a full refund of prepaid session fees or deposits. Requests received inside 48 hours are handled under the partial refund and no-show rules below.
Full refund
You receive a full refund if we cancel the session, if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, or if a technical failure on our side prevents a confirmed video session and we cannot offer a timely replacement.
Partial refund
Cancellations inside 48 hours may receive a 50% refund of the prepaid session fee if we cannot fill the slot. If document review work has already begun (annotations started after you uploaded files), the review fee is non-refundable for that document set; unused coaching time may still be refunded proportionally.

Deposits
When a deposit reserves a slot, it is credited toward the session fee. Deposits follow the same 48-hour cancellation rule. After that window, deposits may be retained as a cancellation fee up to 50% of the session price.
No-shows
If you miss a confirmed appointment without notice, the session fee is due in full and is not refundable. You may book a new session at the standard rate.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed when requested at least 48 hours ahead. Later reschedules may be treated as a late cancellation for the original slot.
Work already started
For document review, once annotated files have been returned, that fee is earned. Unused follow-up call minutes can be refunded if we cancel the call.
Refund process and timing
Email info@workflow-management.digital with your booking date, name, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
