People collaborating with notebooks during a planning meeting

Arrival path

First steps before you apply everywhere

A sequence we use with newcomers so orientation time is spent on decisions, not on reconstructing missing papers mid-meeting.

  1. Gather what you already hold

Residence document or appointment notes, diplomas, language certificates, and a short list of job titles you would accept. Incomplete files are fine; knowing the gaps is the point.

  2. Book a Labor Market Orientation Session

We compare your situation with local hiring patterns, recognition needs, and public-office touchpoints. You receive a written orientation note afterward.

  3. Choose one follow-on action

Document review, interview practice, or recognition guidance — only if the orientation note shows that step unlocks applications. Skip anything that would only create busywork.

  4. Run a two-week experiment

Send a limited set of tailored applications, attend the office appointments you scheduled, and note what employers ask for. Bring those notes to a check-in if you want a second pass.
